LSI worked alongside BOF to deliver and install fantastic ranges of furniture to their customer LiveWest, including their Skypark headquarters in Exeter and their new office building in Tolvaddon. BOF won this project through a competitive OJEU tendering process, including furniture supply of the types photographed and more.
LSI completed the loose furniture installation for BOF on time and on budget. All items were installed to the final space plans, with fantastic colour schemes linked to LiveWest and BOF’s design, space planning and product specification meetings.
All associated packaging was removed from site and re-cycled at licensed waste transfer stations and on completion. The client, LiveWest commented “We are very pleased with the completed installation and the services provided by BOF’s Project team. I also commend the installation team. Their professionalism, hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They are a credit to BOF“

TCI
Project name: Nuclear New Build in Somerset
Customer: TCi (GB) Ltd
Scope of works: Installation of loose & fixed furniture packages

LSI has worked alongside TCi (GB) Ltd throughout 2017, 2018 and 2019 meeting direct to site deliveries and installing various projects across new worker accommodation facilities and administration hubs/amenity buildings, at a nuclear new build site in Somerset.
The process involved providing all CSCS manpower as well as detailed procedures for crew to be fully vetted and security cleared for access to controlled areas on site. Transportation in and out of site included being able to incorporate a provided park and ride system, committing dedicated detailed names and information of all crews and also registrations of vehicles, which LSI worked closely with TCi to provide well in advance of any upcoming works.
We assisted with a range of works, providing dedicated teams over different areas of a vast site. Some works included accommodation blocks (new worker accommodation), hotel suites, bar and restaurant furniture and reception areas, where LSI met direct to site deliveries or used our own transport to move goods from a warehouse location to the areas of installation. Other requirements included the installation of administration/amenity buildings where desking, storage, task chairs, meeting tables, changing room benches, lockers and canteen area furniture was offloaded and installed.
Works continue between LSI workplace (Europe) Ltd and TCi (GB) Ltd and we look forward to future projects together.
