Warehousing & Distribution
If you or your clients need to store furniture or equipment whilst other parts of a project are being completed, or if you have multiple supplier items that need collating prior to delivery and installation on site, then we have the answer.
Whether you need short or longer-term facilities, and whether the goods are palletised or freestanding, you can use our large warehouse in Bristol, close to the M4 and M5 motorway networks. You can access our warehouse 24/7 and we have full forklift resources including fork extenders for the safe unloading of oversized pallets should the need arise.
All stored items are wrapped appropriately for their protection and fully documented. We’ll also provide you with a regular stock listing, detailing all movements during the month.
All items entering our warehouse are allocated a unique reference number which we can provide to yourselves and stays with those items until final removal. Goods are grouped together by customer, project or both and are kept securely and insured for the duration of their time with us.
All items are checked for general condition on arrival and we record and notify clients of any signs of obvious damage. We look to keep all new supply items protected in their original packaging where possible, however, on instruction items can be unwrapped for more detailed checking if clients require.
Taking & Making Deliveries
You or your clients can make deliveries to our warehouse whenever you need to. When you are ready to use the goods, we can deliver them to site for you at a time to suit your program. We have our own dedicated, careful collection and delivery staff and our own vehicle fleet. For unusual or specialist consignments we use trusted partners.
A full warehouse delivery and removal schedule is updated on a daily basis, allowing customers to check real time updates on when their products reach us, when their goods are part despatched – for phased works, or when they are completely despatched if full.
